  Visited tonight for our judo club Christmas Meal. Lovely atmosphere, very efficient staff, decent amount of room at the table, good quality crackers. The food was very good, well presented and ample portions. Most of the plates went back empty, always a good sign. This is the second time that the club has visited, somehow I don't think it will be the last.

  Went here for an evening meal on a Saturday
  
  The staff are very friendly and welcoming, the place itself is very well presented, especially the restaurant area
  
  The menu choices are very easy to read and understand, there are many options available
  
  The food is very nice and tasteful and the drinks are not expensive
  
  Overall a lovely place to eat with plenty of parking outside with garden seating area for when the sun is out

  Historical pub village feel. Great staff land lord / lady. Food amazing, price's reasonable. Quiz night every tuesday evening
  (book in advance to avoid disappointment) live music about once a month. No request to much. Ample parking.
